Ghanaian Actor Van Victor has finally sue Fellow actor Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin 10 million Ghana cedis for disrespecting his brand. Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin who is now mostly the executive producer for all his movies said he called on fellow actor Van Vicker to join him in his new movie called A country called Ghana. That’s where everything started after Van Vicker couldn’t join him in the act.
For a year now Van Vicker has been silence on this allegation until he found himself at Okay Fm being interviewed and everything escalated again during the time Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin was on his next new movie called A Journey To Africa.
Van Vicker answered during the interview that the time when Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin called him , he was also in school and couldn’t afford to miss lectures so the day Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin needed him should be changed if he really want to use him in his movie “ A Country Called Ghana “ . He told Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin to use him only if he is convinced of his time from 5pm to 10pm . And Kwadwo didn’t not understand him by putting him on the taught of him not ready to be on his production. Later on Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin brought out someone like Awilo from Nigerian and other Nigerian stars to act in the movie A Country Called Ghana.
And there has been a controversy around with the fact of him “ Van Vicker “ refusing to be in Lilwin’s production.
Ghana woke up to Van Vicker’s management releasing a statement of taking his fellow actor Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin to court for disrespecting his brand by putting lies on him.
The public hasn’t heard about Lilwin’s management yet responding to Van Vicker court statement. This two actors all from Ghana but I’m the movie industry Lilwin was raised in Kumawood whiles Van Vicker was raised in Ghallywood acting with Juliet Ibrahim, Jackie Appiah ,Nadia Buari ,Majid Micheal , Prince Dâvïd Osei , John Dumelo alongside the Nigerian movie industry like mercy Johnson,zubby Micheal,Destiny Etiko,Patience Ozorkor and others.
Speaking of Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin , he has being acting with Ghanaian actors like Kwaku Manu, Agya Koo, Salinko, Kweiwaa,Maame Serwaa, Okomfo Kwalege,Ras Nene, Akrobeto and others.
This both actors world, Van Vicker productions normally takes place in Greater Accra , Ghana whiles Kwadwo Nkansah Productions takes place in Kumasi ( Kumawood ) . With this case on board , the fans of Van Vicker are aiming in high flames of Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin being so arrogant of thinking he now have the money to do everything that he needs. Because that’s the same thing he did to Martha Ankoma and she also took him to court with this same kind of case similar.

In the statement that say Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has been warned severely to stop disrespecting his brand but refuses by praising more lies upon Van Vickers name in the everything interview that he does is the reason they can’t hold his games anymore by letting the government and law work on him in the hard way.
As the 1992 constitution takes against the the wrong use  of one’s identity. It is against the law for such an act. With reason of leading to a lot of harmful ways. Even though Ghana has it freedom and is a freedom of speech country. But it has its limit.
