Ghanaian musician Kofi Mole has revealed that becoming a father affected the pace of his music career, explaining that he had to Step away some time from music to be present in his son’s life when he was born.
Speaking on the On a podcast, Kofi Mole said his work rate dropped after welcoming his seven-year-old son as he adjusted to the responsibilities of fatherhood and took time to explore life beyond music.
The question was 7 years Old Child ? People started wondering on the podcast but he later further the conversation without taking a breat out of it so fast.
He stated that he wasn’t just out not making music but was making time for his son and also traveling out of the country to explore new things as he was once then a Kanta boy at Circle Accra.
He said I don’t force myself to make music as people expects various artist or musicians to do no , I take time and it comes naturally.
If not about me being a father with nothing doing apart from music I would have been dropping songs back to back .
Kofi Mole who is out with a whole ep speaks on how people reacted to his presence as a drug addicted. He finally clears the air he has been well and there is nothing like drug addicted in his blood . He has been working behind bars and will deliver to his fans when the time is due and ready. He says I don’t joke with music because it’s spiritual. I only release a song when the vibe catches my soul because I want the right to out since music can influence. He added.
